DISCIPLESHIP CAMPAIGNH PRAYER
Please use the following as you continue to uphold the Diocese and the Discipleship Campaign in your prayers: Lord Jesus Christ, you taught us that God is love. You call us out of darkness into light, out of sin into righteousness, out of death into life. You enrich our lives in every way and make us the children of God, our Father. You call us to be disciples and to make disciples. You empower us by the Holy Spirit, whose gifts of wisdom, understanding, counsel, fortitude, knowledge, piety, and awe produce in us the fruit of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. By these you equip us to be and do more than we could ask or imagine. Bless this Discipleship Campaign, Lord Jesus Christ, that throughout our diocese all who identify as Anglicans will love you more dearly, follow you more closely, and serve you more fully. Fill us with joy and help us gladden the heart of each person we meet. In Christ’s Holy Name, we pray. Amen.
